Terms of reference - executive committee

Peter Burke joined the tote as HR Director in August 2004 and is responsible for all Human Resources strategy and issues across the company. After university Peter worked for twenty years in the retail sector and prior to joining the tote he was HR Director for the Littlewoods Group of retail companies.
