Andrew joined the Tote in April 2005. He chose to pursue a career in the law after an early attempt at professional golf, qualifying as a solicitor specialising in corporate law. He moved from private practice into industry in 2000, after which he spent 5 years as a commercial lawyer for Northern Foods plc before joining the Tote. He is also a director of Satellite Information Services (Holdings) Limited and the secretary of the Racing Trust.r
